ADF&PCD PARIS 2019 | Presentation to address glass packaging with millennials

The ‘Glass packaging: the key to connecting with millennial beauty consumers?’ presentation will address how ‘sustainability sells’ and has the potential to sell big.

Taking place at the Paris Expo 30-31 January 2019, the show will feature the presentation which will be supported by the European Container Glass Federation (Fédération Européenne du Verre d’Emballage – FEVE).

The Friends of Glass pointed to a recent consumer survey which found that 9 in 10 millennials have become more conscious of their own environmental impact in the last year, and 69% see glass flaconnage packaging as the answer to sustainable beauty and perfumery.

It will ask how can fragrance and cosmetics producers appeal to millennials? What packaging can help them get there?

Thierry Meerschaert, chief executive of the INSITES Research Institute and Michael Delle Selve, senior communications manager for FEVE, the European Container Glass Federation, will discuss how a new digital campaign is aiming to transform the perception of glass flaconnage packaging among consumers.
